How do I describe myself?
I regard myself as unflappable, experienced and down to earth .
Others have said I am
“enthusiastic and always looking for possibilities”
“fair and straightforward “
“patient but able to challenge”
I enjoy challenges and learning, which is why I have moved from in-house to self - employed consultant and now have the opportunity to work with a variety of organisations, which helps both me and you as the client in stimulating the creativity required to handle and lead change.
I have quite a few passions; weeding the garden is one of my favourites and I go in the garden regularly to think through tricky problems. I also enjoy photography, France and French, singing and reading Val Mcdermid.
But equal to all that is a passion about learning and the potential of human beings.
I am constantly curious about people and their capacity to develop and I gain great and quiet satisfaction from others progress. |
