Leadership is an all encompassing word which includes management skills integrated with developing people and organisations. What matters most to us is leadership for all and we focus this in three ways, ethical management, facilitation and coaching.

1) Ethical management – a systems and organisational approach

Business success is more than the bottom line. For the modern organisation attention to the triple bottom line is essential. In today’s society where corporate social responsibility is growing, consideration of  social and environmental factors alongside economics is no longer a luxury but a necessity for sustainable business.

2) Facilitation – groups and teams
The definition of facilitate is to make easy. Facilitation is used for meetings and for development programmes.

Facilitation removes inertia and produces effective decision making. Our development programmes support people to learn and improve their practice. Development starts where training leaves off and succeeds through its direct application in the workplace. Action learning sets are used as the foundation for development programmes to bring both  personal and organisational impact.

3) Coaching - 1:1

A short series of coaching can help at times of change or uncertainty.
Professional coaching that uses a range of techniques with over 800 hours of coaching experience to handle the demands of the current business. Member of the ICF and practising ICF code of ethics.

Away from it all - on our Breathing space weekend  programme in rural Spain
While you work - onsite coaching for those with availability for short  face to face slots
On the move – virtual coaching by phone and email
