Our promise to you
The way we work emphasises an approach to learning and change through harnessing your strengths to realise your talents. Our values focus on value for money, openness in contracting and capacity building through learning.
Value for money
Starting from where you are now. As little time as possible to do a quality job making best use of your time and money.
e.g. we take into account what you have done before and don’t replicate previous work.
Transparency
Working in partnership. A jointly agreed contract with clear roles and timescales for delivery.
e.g. we agree what you can do by yourself in-house and what is most effective to buy in.
Learning approach
Creating independence and building capacity. We won’t do anything with you that we can’t help you do for yourself. In addition we apply all learning to ourselves before we sell it to you.
e.g. learning and development takes many forms but our overall aim is to become dispensable ensuring that you can do rather than simply know. |
